From November 18 to 23, the Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions of Seville will host the 35th edition of SICAB, the International Horse Show dedicated exclusively to the Purebred Spanish Horse (PRE). SICAB is organized by ANCCE, the National Purebred Spanish Horse Breeders’ Association, which serves as the official and global authority on the PRE.
